Hi, I’m Ingrid. Before I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I was simply a woman trying to find my way back to myself.
For years, I put everyone else first. Each day, I woke up feeling tired, discouraged, and frustrated that I no longer recognized the woman staring back in the mirror. The spark I once had felt buried under stress, self‑doubt, and the endless demands of everyday life.
It wasn’t an overnight transformation. It wasn’t even perfectly planned. It started with a single choice: to stop waiting for “someday” and start showing up for myself, exactly as I was. Step by step — sometimes messy, sometimes slow — I moved my body, fueled it better, and reminded myself daily why I deserved to feel strong again.
Through that journey, I discovered something powerful: strength doesn’t look the same on everyone. And that’s not just okay — it’s beautiful.
That realization inspired me to create MySizeFitness: a space where women don’t have to shrink themselves or fit into someone else’s idea of healthy. Here, it isn’t about chasing perfection or punishing your body. It’s about building a lifestyle that truly fits you — your schedule, your needs, your story.

I built MySizeFitness because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to start — and how powerful it feels to keep going. My mission is to create the support system I wished I had when I began: real, honest, and rooted in compassion, not comparison. Because every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated for who she is right now — while working toward who she wants to become.

As for me? I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who believes true transformation is about so much more than workouts and meal plans — it’s about blending fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. And when I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me in my garden, with family and friends, or relaxing while playing The Sims — always reminding myself (and my clients) that progress isn’t always linear, and that’s okay.
