I’m Ingrid — a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, but also someone who knows what it’s like to feel defeated by your own reflection. For years, I chased every “perfect” plan, hoping the next one would finally make me feel good in my skin. But nothing ever lasted — because they never truly fit me.
That’s why I created MySizeFitness: to give women a space where fitness isn’t about forcing yourself into someone else’s plan, but about creating one that fits you. A place where you can stop fighting your body, start honoring where you are, and grow from there.
